Tiffany Clark

As director of quality and risk management at HonorHealth Rehabilitation Hospital since 2016, Tiffany Clark oversees improvement programs, maintains survey readiness for accreditations and leads infection control processes, ensuring compliance and optimal patient safety practices.

Tiffany joined Select Medical after 11 years as a staff nurse at Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital in Chicago, where she acquired the clinical skills and knowledge that she applies in her current role.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Lakeview College of Nursing and a master’s in nursing management from Olivet University. Tiffany is also certified in Medical Rehabilitation Management by the American Medical Rehabilitation Providers Association.
