Catherine Foll, Medical Director and CMO

Catherine Foll, MD is the medical director and CMO for HonorHealth Rehabilitation Hospital. Since 2013, she has served as stroke program director, taking on the role of interim medical director in 2022. Catherine is PM&R and brain injury medicine board certified and currently oversees the stroke and TBI programs in addition to her medical director duties.

Catherine previously served as the medical director for HonorHealth Scottsdale Osborn Medical Center’s inpatient rehabilitation unit. In 2021, she began serving as Associate Program Director for HonorHealth PM&R Residency Program, a role she continues today.

Catherine graduated from Southern Adventist University with a bachelor’s degree in biology. She attended Loma Linda University School of Medicine where she also completed her internship. She completed PM&R residency training at Carolinas Rehabilitation in Charlotte, NC (Now AtriaHealth), before moving to Arizona.
